The new Dutch shipyard Heesen has just launched detailed images and information about one of its present project under construction, the amazing 50m motor yacht project ALTEA (YN 19550) with it delivery for spring 2021. ALTEA boasts a perfect and timeless exterior profile by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects, boasting big glazed places and reversed stern with spray rails, making a special and recognizable look.
Cristiano Gatto is behind the inviting and balanced interiors providing lots of areas to relax and socialize. Accommodation on board spreads over six beautifully appointed staterooms for up to twelve guests who will fully enjoy the elegant interior areas of almost 350 square meters. Further accommodation contains 5 crew cabins for up to 9 members.
Project ALTEA is the next yacht built on the engineering and performance of NOVA plus making this aluminum vessel below 500GT. She is fitted with 2 MTU 12V 2000 M72 Diesel machines of 1,080 Kw each and will be capable to reach a top speed of 19.5 knots with a range of 3,750 nautical miles at a cruising speed of twelve knots. Once delivered, she will represent one of the quickest and most economical motor yachts in her range.
The yacht can accommodate 12 guests who can take a complete benefit of the almost 350 square meter of interior area. They will sleep in 6 elegant staterooms and will be discreetly served by 9 crew in 5 cabins. Cristinao Gatto Italian designer created a hot and tranquil interior design and a crowd-pleaser decoration.
American walnut and stained Canaletto are the key veneer used for both walls and flooring. Textured leathers and custom-made carpets by luxury pride sheers a great sense of opulence interior design. Gatto and his team have created bespoke soft furnishings that include a sense of relaxation and exclusively.
