Combine with its great profile surfers squad members Sally Fitzgibbons, Kelly Slater, and Stephanie Gilmore, Breitling released Superocean Heritage Ocean conservancy restricted edition watch in Bali. To celebrate the release of the chronograph, which is restricted to one-thousand pieces, Swiss luxury watch producer joined forces with the conservation group Ocean Conservancy to grip a beach cleanup. The cleanup event resulted in 100s of kilograms plastic and trash being removed from the beach.
Created in partnership with sustainable clothing brand Outerknown, one of the best fashion brands supporting save our ocean. With its first watch created from recycled marine plastic, Breitling (Swiss fine watchmaker) has declared its commitment to the well being of the oceans.
The 44mm black DLC-coated stainless-steel watch case is made with a Blue ECONYL strap on this remarkable new design. The color blue also makes a strong, wonderful link to the ocean and the blue planet, which sustainable clothing brand Outerknown and its co-producer, surfing legend Kelly Slater, are striving to support.
Further to the ECONYL strap, the watch will be showed in a completely biodegradable box meaning it will have as pretty impact on the atmosphere as possible.
The straps are very flexible, and the ECONYL yarn material can be recycled without any issue. The watch is presented on a blue-striped satin NATO strap and is delivered with a further plain blue satin NATO strap.
The packing is also made from hundred percent recycled material. On the other hand, a portion of the sales of the watch will be donated to Ocean Conservancy and its international fight against ocean pollution.
