Novitec has recently unveiled their latest creation, the Novitec McLaren Elva Hyper-Roadster. The automobile will be manufactured in a limited edition of only 149 units and boasts an impressive 919 horsepower and 888 Nm of torque. With a top speed of 330 km/h, this car is sure to leave a lasting impression.
The McLaren Elva, designed without a windshield and roof, is already a high-performance supercar with a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 engine producing 815 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. However, Novitec has taken the car to the next level by offering three performance kits that involve the installation of a NOVITEC N-TRONIC module, which upgrades the electronic engine control system.
In addition to the N-TRONIC module, Novitec has developed a high-performance exhaust system that is specifically tailored to the engine. The exhaust system reduces exhaust back pressure and is fully thermally insulated. The insulation can be further optimized with 999 fine gold plating, reducing temperatures in the engine bay and positively affecting the car’s maximum power delivery and durability.
Together, the N-TRONIC module and exhaust system add an impressive 104 horsepower and 88 Nm of torque to the engine, resulting in a total output of 919 horsepower and 888 Nm of torque at 7,100 rpm and 6,300 rpm, respectively. Novitec’s attention to detail and commitment to performance has transformed the already impressive McLaren Elva into a truly exceptional hyper-roadster. With only 149 units available, this car is sure to be a coveted addition to any collector’s garage.
